Gründer*innen verhandeln jeden Tag!

Der Workshop „Entrepreneurial Negotiation“ findet am 17 und 18. Juni 2023 (jeweils von 9 bis 17 Uhr) statt. Nach einer allgemeinen Einführung in zentrale Verhandlungskonzepte, werden Sie Ihre Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Rollenspielen und angeleiteten Übungen trainieren. Auch wenn die Rollenspiele vor allem Verhandlungssituationen aus dem Gründeralltag, wie z.B. Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Mitgründer*innen, Mitarbeiter*innen, Geschäftspartnern und mit Investor*innen, aufgreifen, gehen wir auch auf Themen wie Gehaltsverhandlungen ein.

Unterrichtet wird der Kurs von Martin Giese (Business Angel und Senior Coach bei Xpreneurs) und Laura Bregenzer (Lst. Prof. Dr. Häussler). Der Kurs findet am Campus und in englischer Sprache statt. Gerne kann aber für die Rollenspiele in die deutsche Sprache gewechselt werden.

Wenn ja, melden Sie sich bis Mittwoch, den 31.05.2023, bei laura.bregenzer@uni-passau.de. Die Plätze werden nach dem first-come-first-serve Prinzip vergeben. Wichtig für die Aufnahme in den Workshop ist, dass Sie an beiden Tagen vollständig teilnehmen können.

 

 

Founders negotiate every day!

The workshop „Entrepreneurial Negotiation“ will take place on June 17 and 18, 2023 (both days from 9 am to 5 pm). After an introduction to central concepts of negotiations and helpful tools for them, you will train your negotiation skills in role plays and guided exercises. Even though the role plays will mainly address negotiation situations from the everyday life of founders, such as negotiations with potential co-founders, employees, business partners and investors, we will also address topics such as salary negotiations.

The course is taught by Martin Giese (Business Angel and Senior Coach at Xpreneurs) and Laura Bregenzer (Lst. Prof. Dr. Häussler). The course will take place on campus and is in English. However, you are welcome to switch to German for the role plays.
